fantastic stay!
beautiful decor friendly staff helpful staff
the decor was beautiful. i found the staff very friendly. the staff were also helpful. i especially appreciated the cocktails late into the evening. breakfast was yummy, especially looking out over the marina.
the bedroom curtains let the light in. this caused me to wake up at 5am. the bathroom door did not fit the frame, so it couldn't be shut.

breakfast had good service. there was a really wide choice. the food was AMAZING!!! the conservatory looked superb for lunch, ideal for a big group event. i noticed that the cocktails had a fantastic preparation.

lifts access all floors. free parking is available in a nearby multi-story car park. i suggest going up to level 7 of the car park before going to level 6. this hotel is modern and well looked after.

this hotel is near the marina. it's a walk along the seafront to the town. an uber is easily accessible. there is also a wooden walkway that runs along the pebbled beach.

clean room private balcony convenient location
The room was very clean, which I appreciated. I enjoyed the private balcony. It gave beautiful views of the boats and sea. There were many restaurants and amenities nearby.

warm greeting relaxing room strategic location
my room was relaxing after a long day. i received a warm greeting at reception. the hotel has a strategic location with plenty of activity around (i enjoyed the convenience). i found sky sports on the television, which i appreciated. in the morning, i had a nice breakfast.
Cleanliness was lacking. I observed dirty tables all over the bar and terrace, even with minimal customers.

the breakfast was acceptable and had a good range of options.
the air conditioning in my room was broken. a male member of the reception staff with dark hair was not particularly accommodating. another staff member with fair hair was more helpful after i complained about the air conditioning issue.

the extended balcony included outdoor seating. i had marina views from the 2nd-floor double room inland. the reception staff was courteous. tiffany's nail spa is conveniently next door to the hotel.
The room had a few small maintenance issues. I noticed some chipped paint on the walls.
